Our flagship IPA brewed with Amarillo, Zythos, Chinook, Centennial, Columbus, and Horizon hops is a cross between a traditional west coast IPA and a slightly maltier English style IPA. Massive late hop additions lend bright, citrus and pine aromas with an earthy malt finish with just the right amount of bitterness for the style.
Double IPA hopped with over 4 pounds per barrel of Columbus, cascade, el dorado, Amarillo and whole leaf mosaic and citra hops. Big tropical hop notes on the nose with a nice malty backbone to keep the hops in check. Deceptively easy drinking despite it’s high abv and ibu’s.
Traditional Belgian Witbier brewed with pilsner, unmalted wheat, and a touch of Munich malt. Notes of Curaçao orange, coriander, and chamomile with a lemony tartness. Slightly fruity and sweet with a floral earthy hop finish.
Our take on a dry irish stout. Aromas of coffee, chocolate and hazelnuts meld together with roasty caramel malts and a touch of earthy hops. Full of flavor but very sessionable due to the dry finish and slightly thin mouthfeel for the style.
Hopped up version of an Irish red. Malt flavor with toffee and malt notes that blend nicely with the orange, piney aroma of Chinook hops. This one should satisfy malt and hopheads alike.
